* L!NK Lanyards recommends installing the phone base on your phone itself or a hard-plastic case. The 3M tape is designed to adhere to most surfaces, but can be difficult on silicone-based, waterproof cases, or surfaces with too much texture.

At our discretion, we will repair or replace your product with any defect in manufacturing workmanship (but NOT due to customer damage, abuse, or misuse). The customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to us. Our warranty does not include connected devices, incidental damage, and/or consequential damage of any kind.
